At Groveda Global Private Limited, our platform operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. This means that individual sellers (Vendors) are directly responsible for fulfilling and delivering the orders you place. Please review the following information regarding how shipping and delivery are handled.

1. Shipped by Sellers via Their Own Courier Partners

  • Direct Vendor Fulfillment: All products purchased through our platform are shipped directly by the respective Vendors. Groveda Global Private Limited does not physically warehouse, package, or dispatch products.

  • Courier Selection: Each Vendor partners with their preferred third-party logistics and courier services. As a result, the delivery speed, courier company, and packaging format may vary from one seller to another.

  • Tracking Information: Once a Vendor ships your order, they will update the tracking details on the platform. You will be able to track your package directly through the respective courier partner’s tracking portal using the provided Airway Bill (AWB) number.

2. Shipping Timelines & Estimated Delivery

  • Processing Time: Order processing times are determined by the individual Vendor (typically 1-3 business days). This information is often listed on the specific product page.

  • Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout is an approximation based on the Vendor's typical shipping speed. Actual delivery times may be subject to factors beyond the Vendor's or our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs holding.

3. Multi-Vendor Orders

  • Separate Shipments: If your order contains items from multiple different Vendors, please be aware that your order will arrive in separate packages. Each Vendor will dispatch their items independently using their own courier networks.

  • Individual Tracking: You will receive a separate tracking number and shipping update for each individual Vendor package associated with your order.

4. Delivery Disputes and Support

  • Initial Contact: Since Vendors manage their own shipping, any inquiries regarding delayed deliveries, lost packages, or tracking issues should initially be directed to the Vendor directly through our platform's messaging system.

  • Unresponsive Sellers & Ticket Raising: If a product is not delivered and the seller does not respond to your inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us immediately. You can raise a support ticket through your account dashboard, and Groveda Global Private Limited will intervene to ensure a resolution.
